Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天午飯時間，在澳門咖哩王(佐敦)嗌左個外賣-清湯牛腩飯($60)同一杯凍奶茶(+$4)，價錢算合理。回到公司，打開外賣盒嘅蓋，分別有一盒白飯同一碗清湯牛腩。望落去，滿滿的一碗，牛腩份量大約有八至九件，碗底下有幾塊白蘿蔔，都幾足料。食落去，牛腩肉質嫩滑，唔會過老，肥瘦適中，加上清湯，配上白飯，簡直喺絕配，鍾意食牛腩嘅朋友可以一試。此外，澳門咖哩王還有其他關於牛嘅美食，例如：咖哩牛腩飯，清湯牛坑腩飯，沙爹牛肉麵等等。
