To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚做完FACIAL (首次試做特價又堅決唔買PLAN),出到來好肚餓!打算在將軍澳廣場內的餐廳, 外賣返家, 邊食邊收看”武則天”但又唔想食得太油膩, 見到”譚仔”.點左個清湯米線配肉醬 HKD 29 + 外賣加HKD 1, 合共HKD 30等左10分鐘左右, 終於到手了.急步返家享用吧!回家打開黃色膠袋後, 原來粉線及湯底是分開盛載.這就不會浸到米線發脹呢, 膠碗設計有心思喎!肉醬則以膠袋包好, 没有穿漏.把己放涼米線放入還是熱燙燙的清湯內, 攪一攪,再舀一匙肉醬, 夾一箸米線,粉紅色的肉醬少少鹹又少少辣, 撈米線一流.但米線可能煮的時間短, 有少少硬(彈性較弱), 要咀嚼多几次.再望著電視中的冰冰”武則天”, 慢慢嘆!HKD30, 咁又攪掂一餐了!
