作為一為牛痴,比較熟悉的有「大利清湯腩」、「華姐清湯腩」等等 。曾幾何時天后名物,一條電器道三分天下:大利、華姐、八寶,不少人山長水遠去朝聖食牛腩牛什,倒也是事實。 今次到「天后站清湯腩」,是由「華姐」,「大利」其門生弟子再開枝散葉,現在已有三間分店:「清湯牛三寶河」$65 有清湯腩、牛筋及牛肚:是晚爽腩賣哂,無計,轉戰坑腩。要得坑腩,就已預了帶肥;此處的坑腩坑得來不算太肥,邊皮位仍帶少許筋膜,令腩肉香軟之餘多添幾分嚼頭:牛腩肉蠻爽口,雖不算是最靚的部位,卻也炆得軟熟入味,肉質有嚼頭,不癡牙,不錯:牛筋炆得很爽滑:其實近年我也越來越喜歡吃牛筋,可能年紀大,要補吓啲膠質同腳骨力,哈!這些自己屋企難煮得,價錢又不貴,還是出街食好:金錢肚,三寶之一:炆得軟腍有致,配辣椒油一絕:值得一讚的是那用牛骨加紅棗、沙參等10多種藥材熬出來的清湯,顏色清澈,牛的鮮味是超甜,絕對是整碗粉的靈魂:我覺得它湯頭比「華姐」的更清,牛骨味更濃:用來配爽滑細緻的沙河粉:湯夾粉一齊吃,很治癒啊,吃完不羡仙:整體不俗,值得一嚐。不敢說算不算是「青出於藍」,不過這門生弟子的店,出品是合格有餘:好了,一路睇相一路寫,愈寫愈
