天氣既寒冷又乾燥,喉嚨乾涸得要命,這時候最好食碗清潤糖水滋潤一下口腔。這間「木糠甜品屋」雖然顧名思義,一望招牌便知道以「木糠蛋糕」做招牌甜品,不過這次幫襯,我就寧願要傳統中式糖水而捨棄其招牌「木糠蛋糕」了。叫來兩碗清潤糖水:「雪耳木瓜糖水」和「腐竹雞蛋糖水」。兩碗正正常常的中式糖水,味道尚可,志在滋潤喉嚨的乾涸不適,也好在這近年香港難得遇上的嚴冬中,替自己添上多些的溫暖。
