係大角咀食完飯,朋友話佢食得唔夠飽,見有啲肚餓,於是大家走咗去食糖水! 發覺間鋪都好多種類甜品同糖水, 傳統中式糖水,窩夫,沙冰,芋圓同椰皇等等,基本上點都有一款啱食。店員話今日有椰皇返貨,推介椰皇燉牛乳,但我本人就麻麻地食椰皇,所以叫咗一碗椰汁紫米露$32同一碗紅棗冰糖燉桃膠$40。椰汁紫米露稀稠度剛剛好加上椰汁好香,入口又唔會太甜,紫米煲夠時格又唔會太硬,最重要紫米膳食纖維豐富可以增加腸臟蠕動預防便秘好有營養價值。紅棗冰糖燉桃膠,唔會死甜,桃膠都多,連埋桃膠一齊食會清爽啲,有咬口。總結嚟講呢兩碗中式糖水好食, 但整體份量就少咗d ,大食既人可能要叫多一碗。
