說起四季文昌, 其實我家附近也有一家記得有一次試過它家清甜到極的椰青雞湯底後驚為天人但之後一直找不到飯局與我再品嚐這個美味的極品雞窩今天難得同事A 說有空與我打個邊爐當然一拉就拉她去四季文昌再吃雞湯煲吧~ 太子道店的四季文昌裝修一向很有特色!!! 地方超級闊落, 登上樓梯就見到敝大的空間了保守估計這裡應有幾千呎地方!!!!很快又到聖誕了, 呢度已擺左靚靚既聖誕樹, 好warm! 文昌這裡剛推出了3款新既湯底,我揀左「昆布鰹魚湯」服務員話佢係用左日本既昆布同鰹魚熬製以成甜甜地幾好味, 再加上來自北海 同 鹿兒島既黑毛和牛肩胛肉就同昆布湯底係絕配!呢度既椰青椰皇又大個又清甜!!!配合椰子雞煲, 倍覺清甜又清熱解渴呢~ 我地點左椰子雞湯煲先, 服務員先為我們將件件又大又嫩滑既雞件放入椰青湯煲內而四季文昌用既靚雞, 就係用左海南島養左150-180日既文昌雞唔怪之得食落肥肉唔多, 雞內係特別嫩滑而且啲雞骨係脆到可以用牙咬斷! 將雞件放入煲內, 服務員就會反一反沙漏計時, 只要一程沙漏時間, 就可以揭蓋食雞和飲甘香又甜既椰青汁煲了~ times up! 開蓋!!! 雞

太子道店的四季文昌裝修一向很有特色!!! 地方超級闊落, 登上樓梯就見到敝大的空間了
保守估計這裡應有幾千呎地方!!!!

很快又到聖誕了, 呢度已擺左靚靚既聖誕樹, 好warm!

times up! 開蓋!!! 雞果然是剛剛熟, 食落去好嫩滑, 一啲都唔老唔鞋,
椰青湯底好好好甜!!! 係好清好芳香既甜味
雞既芳香嫩滑再加上椰子椰青汁既味道
令到我們一碗接一碗咁飲落來
飲夠左湯食完雞, 就可以請服務員來將揀左既昆布鰹魚湯倒入去打邊邊了~

我地叫既鰹魚湯底, 係跟一個牛肉和壽喜燒疍黃汁, 呢個汁不得了!
壽喜燒汁既甜再加上攪拌左既疍黃,將灼熟左既牛肩肉沾係入面
記住要沾多啲疍黃汁, 牛既惹味再加疍黃既芳香
將牛肉既美味絕地提升, 好味到不得了!

另外點左個蔬菜盤和菇盤, 二款都相當唔錯!!!
蔬菜和菇都好新鮮, 而且份量真係超多, 好中意佢既既菇盤, 因為佢會放左幾款唔同口感質感既菇係入面, 有鮑魚菇, 冬菇, 金菇菜等等, 每種都散發唔同香味口感, 好建議叫一個大家吃!

因為湯底太好味既闗係, 個人覺得要叫個烏冬來索湯來食, 烏冬質感彈牙, 食落去又飽肚又暖笠笠~

我地都叫左個三文魚刺身來食~ 出乎意外魚生都好新鮮!!! 而且魚都無筋, 食落去幾好味, 我地一半用來做刺身, 一半做火鍋湯底~yum!

輪到牛肉了~ 我地點左幾款牛肉, 分別係"昆布鰹魚湯套餐既黑毛和牛肩胛肉", 另外仲叫左日本山形A5和牛肉眼~

黑毛和牛肩胛肉雪花分佈相當均勻, 食落充滿淡淡牛香牛味,味道濃郁, 薄薄一片好快灼熟,
食落去比較爽口唔笠, 好食!

日本山形A5和牛肉眼

呢二款比較肥美, 肥脂較多, 口感亦較甘香! 而且佢地牛味比較突出, 肉質新鮮肥美,
大大塊既嫩肉中間夾着大大塊肥膏, 好牛者一定覺得好過引! 不過怕肥既女士如我,
就選擇片左中間塊肥膏, 不過食落一樣好好食, 口感十足!
