To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🥢竹笙釀鮮露荀 雙重爽脆口感 飲一啖清酒後露筍嘅青草味道更突出 炒得粒粒分明嘅脆米斑肉炒飯 加上鹹蛋黄、蛋白、脆米同石斑肉一齊炒 每啖都滋味滿足 而將呢款清酒放喺晚餐嘅尾聲呢個安排恰到好處 清新微碳酸一解飯後滯膩 甜甜嘅味道仲有飯後甜品嘅效果
