前幾天與老媽到荃灣辦點事, 搞妥後已經差不多六時. 老媽說想吃放題, 於是在openrice找尋器找到這間就近的日本料理店. 到達時店子仍在準備中, 不過已經有人在排隊. 店子雖然位於酒店內, 但舖面不算大, 枱之間也有足夠空間, 不會很迫.放題的點菜紙已經將食物分類, 十分方便. 我倆都是眼闊肚窄之人, 所以決定盡量多試一點不同的食物. 刺身類有超過十款, 不過由於老媽不愛吃刺身, 所以只是點來一些淺嚐. 魚類點了三文魚、油甘魚、深海鯨龍、希靈魚. 三文魚肥美; 油甘魚油香不俗; 首次嚐味的深海鯨龍的魚肉既爽身又實; 希靈魚魚子脆卜卜, 質素都是滿意的.貝殼類點了北寄貝、海螺、象拔蚌、馬刀貝和甜蝦. 各種貝殼類刺身都肉質爽口, 不過部份切得較細碎, 如果可以切得大片點會好些. 甜蝦也頗鮮味, 不俗.串燒類的款式不算多, 點了雞軟骨、豚肉、翠肉瓜、鹽燒雞翼、鹽燒海蝦和牛舌. 雞軟骨爽脆; 豚肉燒得不太硬, 仍然有點肉汁! 海蝦雖然爽口但沒有鮮味; 雞翼和牛舌則燒得又乾又硬; 總的來說鹽下得偏重手, 味道偏鹹.燒物類也點了不少食物試試:荔枝煙肉卷, 荔枝味道清甜, 煙肉也不會很肥, 如

雞軟骨爽脆; 豚肉燒得不太硬, 仍然有點肉汁! 海蝦雖然爽口但沒有鮮味; 雞翼和牛舌則燒得又乾又硬; 總的來說鹽下得偏重手, 味道偏鹹.

天婦羅海老、 蕃薯和松葉蟹棒, 入口香脆不油膩, 不過海鮮的質素只是一般, 反而蕃薯又甜又軟糯, 不俗.
鐵板燒類也點了一些來試試, 質素有高有低.

吉列廣島蠔則較失望, 廣島蠔雖然炸得香口, 但蠔味欠奉, 蠔肉也較細小.

侍應可能人手不多的關係, 全晚除了收碟外, 都不會主動加水; 就算是結帳, 也要等十多分鐘! 個別侍應的態度更見傲慢. 店方應考慮增加人手, 為食客提供優質服務.
