放工之後趕得切去這間店的happy hour。以下係7:30 pm前可以選的Happy Hour組合,我選了3款指定🍢串燒加🍸一杯飲品:-🔸雞腎燒得很有咬口,味道鹹鹹的。🔸免治雞肉串肉裏面有點軟骨,整體很脆口,外面燒得乾身,但內裏還是嫩滑的。🔸雞脾肉雞脾肉燒得焦香。而店員送上串燒時,有別於平時的串燒店一碟碟送上,他們會用夾夾串燒放在你枱上的碟。🍶仁井田(清酒)這店的店員會細心介紹各種清酒,選了這支味道比較甜,味道優香,入口順滑,完全沒乾身的感覺。🔸菜條有蘿蔔、青瓜🥒和椰菜,是一款好的下酒菜。🔸枝豆枝豆送清酒是個好選擇,這個不是鹹的而是帶點清甜,質地軟身。🔸燒雪魚乾又是另一個送酒佳品,脆口和鹹鹹甜甜。🔸日本銀杏燒到外脆內軟,銀杏的香味充分發揮出來。🔸雞心椗這個比較少見的,口感煙煙韌韌,但也很嫩滑。🔸南非鮑魚肉質出奇的鮮,帶點山椒味,又有點點麻辣的味道。🔸燒日本牡蠣蠔肉🦪燒到剛剛好,多汁,最重要是蠔汁很鮮味。🔸沖繩煙燻豬肉配上青瓜🥒及醬油漬蒜頭🧄使豬肉的味道層次增加了,有鹹甜的味道而且有青瓜的清爽,肉的煙燻味也很出。🔸西京燒銀雪魚魚肉是一梳梳的,油脂在口內四散,味道鮮甜,魚皮都不可錯過,燒
