To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年係第四年舉辦「SEAFOOD LOVES SAKE」活動,一共有大約40間粤菜餐廳參與,提供日本清酒同廣東海鮮菜式既配搭菜單。美食配上最合適既清酒可以突出到唔同海鮮既特色,令整體味道更上一層樓👍🏻係上環既星月樓就係其中一間參與既餐廳~呢日就同朋友黎試左佢地Seafood Love Sake既套餐😌呢個套餐有鹽焗燒雞、蝦球、椒鹽活鮑魚同干煸野菌鮮斑腩~份量都算幾多👍🏻特別係椒鹽活鮑魚,椒鹽咁整有另一番風味~,大廚用自家製而充滿蛋黃香既鹹蛋黃,將新鮮大蝦炸成香脆蝦球,入口鬆脆惹味😍 呢個餐搭配左特撰黒松白鹿黒松純米もち四段仕込,特別用上糯米釀造既清酒, 酒體纖細幼滑,味道濃厚,食落唔會太漏同埋無咩油膩感☺️
