平時吃得肉多,今晚轉轉口味,嚐嚐素菜,來到黃埔的「巧膳坊」。由於時間尚早,晚市仍未開始。門一開,便看見九朵蓮花燈做的屏風很特色,店內還有一尊觀音像,非常「佛系」。“荔芋酥魚”,用魚形碟盛載,新鮮炸好,特別香脆鬆化。香噴噴的芋頭,淋上甜酸汁來吃,是我的至愛。“福建炒飯”,有雞蛋、素蝦、豆腐乾、甘筍等材料,獻汁也很美味,素蝦特別爽口彈牙。“南乳溫公粗齋煲”,有大白菜、粉絲、茄子、冬菇、雲耳、支竹、豆腐卜......等,加上南乳汁,雖然味道比較清淡,但也合我胃口。晚餐在寧靜舒適的環境下完成,真是洗滌身心呢!
