經過門口見環境幾好同比較清靜,就同朋友入黎試下。前菜櫻花蝦凱撒沙律配合好好味,初時就咁睇以為一條條紅色既係蝦鬚,但咬落口感唔似,最後忍唔住問下經理,原來係辣椒絲,再加上櫻花蝦本身少見用黎做沙律,成個沙律包括食材都好有新鮮感,好岩做開胃菜。燒鰻魚雖然唔平,但值得推介俾大家黎食,表皮燒到好脆,肉好滑好林,做到外脆內軟,入口即溶既感覺!同時鰻魚汁味濃,加埋食一流!喜歡食鰻魚既(包括我)都一定要試下!雞胸肉三味燒(因為當日無雞胸,所以轉左做雞槌)睇名已經知係三色三味,分別有我近期經常食既明太子,略帶咸味,中間應該係酸梅味,不過本身我怕食酸野,我就咁食好酸,最後綠綠地色既...未食都知係芥辣味,整體雞肉燒到剛剛好,肉質唔會又鞋又老。食完咁多濃味食物,最後配返個清淡菜式---野菜烏冬,烏冬非常爽口,再加野菜連湯係可以等味覺中和下。最後叫左有種酸酸甜甜感覺既青森蘋果汁,細細杯飲完唔會成肚水既感覺。

燒鰻魚雖然唔平,但值得推介俾大家黎食,表皮燒到好脆,肉好滑好林,做到外脆內軟,入口即溶既感覺!
同時鰻魚汁味濃,加埋食一流!喜歡食鰻魚既(包括我)都一定要試下!
