這排做野實在太辛苦了,所以一定要慰勞一下自己,在朋友介紹去"三木"食返過放題先, 環境比一般的放題餐廳寬敞, 唔會好迫, 所有感覺不錯.一上桌係北寄貝及帆立貝沙律, 好新鮮, 清新開胃估唔到放題有黑松露野菌忌廉湯, 味道濃郁.嘩,放題竟然有鮑魚,海膽壽司,鮑魚彈牙爽口,海膽鮮甜,而且好有海水味,好幸福呀。 茄子,溫室南瓜天婦羅好甜美,蝦好大只,而且天婦羅炸漿炸得非常鬆脆。刺身我們幾乎全部叫曬,我以為2 人寫2=2 件,一上桌估唔到竟然有咁多,呑拿魚入口即溶,劍魚腩好肥美,象拔蚌爽口,真係大滿足。火焰三文魚腩入口即溶 & 火焰牛油北海道帆立貝壽司, 帆立貝好大只又新鮮,真係我抔茶 燒物我們叫了鹽燒雞中翼, 雞軟骨串, 豚肉雞軟骨餃子, 蒜香一口牛肉粒, 金菇牛肉卷, 黑椒牛仔骨燒等等, 火喉控制得宜, 香口惹味, 牛肉肥廋適中, 不韌, 明顯所有食物係即叫即燒, 因上枱時還熱辣辣.竟然重有甜品, 柚子雪糕清甜,真係有柚子肉, 好味, 我鍾意.由於食品的選擇比其他的放題餐廳多, 而且食物質素亦好平均, 唔錯唔錯, 即刻把近人的辛勞減輕.
一上桌係北寄貝及帆立貝沙律, 好新鮮, 清新開胃
