今日嚟到西營盤附近嘅餐廳澄居,餐廳嘅地方雖然唔大,但佈置得都幾有日式風格,令人坐得好舒服。呢間餐廳最特別嘅地方,就真係廚師發板,佢哋係冇餐牌㗎,想食啲咩就可以直接同店主Larry溝通。餐廳係開放式廚房,所以可以睇到店主嘅用心製作,加上煮嘢食嘅時候又會要來陣陣嘅香味,令人忍唔住期待下一道菜式。餐廳主打燒海鮮同埋高級肉類,人均消費由數百至二千元不等,值得一題係呢度嘅熟客眾多,餐廳回頭率高。❤️喜知次喜知次燒得啱啱好,唔會燒得太過燶,外皮燒得夠香脆,魚肉彈牙,入口有油香,加上有少少鹹味,令人忍唔住食完一啖再食。❤️燒蝦蝦非常之大隻,肉質彈牙,入口有蝦嘅鮮甜味,加上唔會燒得過乾,所以都幾好味。❤️燒菠蘿菠蘿經過燒完之後表面好焦脆,每一啖咬落去都充滿着菠蘿嘅嘢汁液,香甜可口。❤️燒牛扒牛肉唔會太過肥膩,入口充滿肉香,加上經過調味之後令人覺得好惹味。配菜做得好認真,有菇類同埋西蘭花等等,都煮得好入味。❤️燒饅頭饅頭燒完之後外脆內軟,上面仲加咗煉奶同埋可可粉添,夠晒有特色。依家佢哋就快進入開業第11周年啦,佢哋而家仲做緊一個超抵嘅優惠,只要消費滿$1000就會送一支價值$720嘅清酒。嚟緊佢哋亦都會加入餐牌模

喜知次燒得啱啱好,唔會燒得太過燶,外皮燒得夠香脆,魚肉彈牙,入口有油香,加上有少少鹹味,令人忍唔住食完一啖再食。

菠蘿經過燒完之後表面好焦脆,每一啖咬落去都充滿着菠蘿嘅嘢汁液,香甜可口。

❤️燒牛扒
