香港食海鮮嘅地方好多,但食本地海鮮,仲要係本地漁民足嘅真係罕見。首先有本地嘅青口,大小不一,肉唔算大,可能因為要煮得比較熟,但非常鮮甜又唔韌,大隻起上嚟相當之恐怖,不過其實舊肉分別又唔係太得咁緊要。本地海膽刺身,漁民親手捉返嚟,就算唔係咁大隻都可接受啦。由於細隻,肉(卵)唔算多,但就幾鮮甜,配埋少少嘅海水味,都值得一試。有氣礦泉水燉白肺湯,老細話用有氣礦泉水會另個燉湯更出味更正喎。飲落又唔識分有乜分別,只要杏味剛剛好,杏味相當溫和好入口。湯碼好足料,好多豬肺。後尾聽老細講話完來連杏汁都係自己磨,唔怪得咁正啦。呢隻叫車蠔,其實係本地一種特產,同蠔一啲關係都無,係類似扇貝嘅生物,不過就紅啲,口感爽啲,入口一啲都唔韌,勁鮮甜,呢個超鍾意!最後係牛尾煲,呢個煲個味好特別,中式風味濃,有少少以前食果種"中式羅宋"味,牛尾一啲多唔尾,炆得啱啱好,離骨之餘亦有一定口感,唔會焾爛。整體好有香港風味,由本地海鮮以至牛尾個汁都係咁有香港味,作為香港土生土長嘅我,如果無嚟過真係後悔。

最後係牛尾煲,呢個煲個味好特別,中式風味濃,有少少以前食果種"中式羅宋"味,牛尾一啲多唔尾,炆得啱啱好,離骨之餘亦有一定口感,唔會焾爛。

整體好有香港風味,由本地海鮮以至牛尾個汁都係咁有香港味,作為香港土生土長嘅我,如果無嚟過真係後悔。
