To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踩入呢間冰室,懷舊海報貼滿牆,即刻有種穿越時空返到舊香港嘅感覺🕰️。今次點了份吉列豬柳拼雞軟骨棒蕃茄湯烏冬,脆皮豬柳外表金黃酥脆,一口咬落去“卡滋卡滋”就知美味;雞軟骨彈牙得嚟唔會過硬,畀個湯滑咗幾分,食落爽口得滯。烏冬湯底蕃茄自然嘅酸甜味頗為解膩😋。再來份芝士焗豬扒飯,啖啖肥美嘅豬扒,咬落去真係心滿意足。熱辣辣嘅芝士淋上面,拉絲牽絲嘅畫面,單是望落已經流晒口水🤤。檸檬薏米水係我餐後甜品,清新檸檬味攪合薏米嘅幼滑,順滑過喉,好飲得不得了!喺呢度食飯,真係港味十足,感覺融合咗舊與新嘅美味,下次一定會再黎打卡,試吓其他招牌菜!👍
