To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chatterbox Express餐廳位於港島太古太裕路7號建安閣地下.餐廳裝修簡約以木係為主調,環境光猛乾淨衛生,枱與枱之間都算寬闊,餐廳主打星加坡菜,以海南雞飯最出名,還有肉骨茶,貴刁和喇沙供客人選擇,餐廳以自助形式購票,服務員好快將食物送到客人枱前.服務員招呼到位。文華海南雞飯$102升級至雞髀十$10升級至套餐十$8餐飲熱咖啡海南雞真的很嫩滑,配有薑蓉,辣椒醬和醬油,還有一碗豆腐湯,咖啡香爐順滑。招牌二食套餐$98迷你麻婆豆腐,少辣,豆腐入口嫩滑.肉碎份量都不少,夠入味。迷你擔擔拌麵,微辣,每條擔擔麵都掛滿肉碎和醬汁,麵身軟硬適中。餐飲配有機茶,茶味香濃。套餐十$16素炸春卷熱辣辣的素炸春卷,入口香脆。套餐十$19椰子雪糕椰子雪糕入口香濃,食落有椰絲嘅口感。
