今天去了太古探望朋友,入夜後她帶了我去到附近的工廠區食晚飯,平時我多數去觀塘的工廠區,今次都是第一次去港島區,真是有點期待。在港島的工廠就比起觀塘區的工廠較寧靜,不少餐廳都已經打烊,我們走到另一邊的盡頭,看到了燈火通明的AGE Cuisine Express,原來是主打意大利菜式的餐廳,友人一早已經訂了枱,餐廳的用餐區分成兩邊,我們安排了坐在Private Room 的位置,好有私隱度,牆身掛了幾幅掛畫,枱櫈都是木製的,裝潢較簡約都感到幾舒適。餐牌上食物分類有appetizers,salad ,soup,main,pizza,rice &risotto,pasta,dessert,食物方面選擇都好多,有中英文對照也讓客人容易明白。未食正餐之前,先來一份頭盤打頭陣,友人發辦點了一份珍寶蟹脆蟹餅粟米莎莎($78),炸至金黃的蟹餅上面加了一些雜沙律菜及粟米粒點綴,切開蟹餅時,都可以看到飽滿的蟹肉, 蟹肉都好鮮香,炸至熱辣辣又脆口,真是非常惹味。友人選擇了一碗是日精選餐湯($38),今天是南瓜忌廉湯,友人都大讚南瓜忌廉湯的味道清甜而濃郁,而我就較愛飲濃味一些的法式龍蝦湯($68),有濃郁的鮮味
