一直以來都說,食粥在九龍會選妹記,在港島區的話,就一定是生記了!用上豬骨熬成湯底再煲粥,米粒煲至開花又綿滑如絲,吸引到不得了;今次不要魚粥而要牛肉粥。牛肉根本不須化學處理,簡單的醃過,有肉香及鮮味已經足夠,呷一口粥,鮮甜可口,把牛肉伴和薑蔥食更是一絕,$30左右的價錢,吃到一碗靚粥,多走一步去遠點還是值得的。
