To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從有沙嗲牛肉麵關注組之後，久唔久都望下啲會員有咩推介。多數都係推新界九龍區嘅餐廳，而港島區就只有呢一間誠記。星期六下午嚟到都等咗幾分鐘先有位。睇餐牌淨係粉麵都好多選擇，而我地一心諗住嚟食沙嗲牛肉麵，所以就叫咗兩碗沙嗲牛肉麵，兩塊炸豬扒 同埋兩杯凍檸茶。呢度個沙嗲牛肉麵只係$27 ，真係好平！不過飲品就另外散叫。沙嗲牛肉麵係成碗湯都係沙嗲湯，令我諗起我好鍾意食嘅永順食店。沙嗲湯好香濃帶微辣而且唔會太咸，但唔係好大陣花生味。牛肉有牛味唔會一陣蘇打粉醃過嘅味而且食落唔鞋，份量方面畀得好慷慨，約有8-9塊，估唔到呢個價錢都有咁多牛肉。炸豬扒 (兩塊$22)炸豬扒係無炸粉嘅類型，所以係脆嘅，但肉質軟腍又唔會好油膩。本來想食埋西多士做甜品，不過食完碗麵同炸豬扒都飽咗，唯有下次再嚟食啦。
