講起食下午茶,你第一時間會諗到咩?我就諗到炸雞髀同西多士,好食嘅炸雞髀🍗同埋西多士🍞一定唔係連鎖快餐店食到,反而要喺舊式嘅茶餐廳或者快餐店先食到最港式嘅味道,九龍灣呢一間40幾年歷史嘅快餐店一定要嚟打卡一次,佢嘅生炸雞髀好有名見到餐廳用一個個舊式電飯煲去煲飯,相比其他用蒸櫃蒸嘅飯更有飯香,職員仲會拎條木棒去鬆飯,呢啲畫面只有小店先會見得到生炸雞髀拼腿治🍗🥪剛剛炸起嘅雞髀勁香,識食嘅一定要食雞皮🤩咬落去嘅時候仲聽到炸一聲,雖然佢係生炸雞髀,但雞肉仲好juice,炸嘅時間要掌握得好好,呢啲真係要靠經驗,呢個茶餐真係好抵食,再配咗一份火腿三文治,加埋杯凍檸茶今晚真係唔使食飯🤣西多士🍞呢度嘅西多士食返兒時嘅味道,方包塗上花生醬🥜,外層沾滿蛋漿再拎去炸,再淋上厚厚嘅糖漿🍯同加上牛油🧈,即叫即整嘅西多士真係超正,雖然好邪惡但係唔食對唔住自己😆食完飲返啖可樂就是爽😜
