To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前來過對那些風味住家菜特別難忘,很想喝住家湯水,尤其是湯頭食材多。餐牌多款選擇,有常餐也有晚餐小炒等,還有些限定特飲,蠻吸引的。晚飯套餐有例湯、白飯、餸菜、熱飲,這個價錢及食物質素非常貼地。一份點了即叫即蒸的豉汁蒸黃立倉魚,較其他小炒需時。蒸黃立倉,豆豉及豉油乃是最佳配搭。魚多肉,豆豉配白飯及湯,一人份量剛好。另一款點了個炒粉。港式的馬來煮法,黃色的馬來香辣炒貴刁,火腿絲放很多,麵條跟調味蠻入味,帶少許辣,吃到底卻有點油膩。不過勝在炒得夠鑊氣,而且即點即炒,上枱時還在冒煙,還是要趁熱吃香口惹味。
