To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前小妹生日,那陣子想食北京填鴨,所以就與男朋友去了北京樓!以前去過北京食真正的北京填鴨,真係冇得頂!在香港還未食到間真正好味的!來之前已經擔心不知能否叫半隻鴨,因為兩個人食成隻實在太變態!幸好坐下沒多久,聽見隔離枱的兩位外國人正想點片皮鴨,waiter建議他們叫半隻,更走來問我們是否有興趣點,我們當然說好!!非常好彩~~~如果沒有人share就冇得食!仲叫左個醉雞,好香酒味,雞也很滑,味道不錯!都幾鍾意這道菜!之後上的就是片皮鴨了!期待已久~~整體味道不算很差,但覺得片得太多肉了!有點懷疑..是否不應該這樣片呢﹖﹖而且,餅皮有點凍,不夠軟,而且都太厚!還點了北京炒拉麵和金華火腿津白,拉麵味道普通,沒甚特別,而且非常油,麻麻地。那個津白倒是不錯,火腿很香,很咸,配合淡口的津白一起吃,好好味!甜品叫了個拔絲蘋果,一碟8粒,由waiter serve浸糖水的環節,很不滿意!勁hea呀!根本就未浸夠就夾上來,趕收工咁!!我自己整仲好!整體味道不差,但確是未浸夠時間!埋單都幾貴,咁就500幾蚊啦!單是半隻鴨都$160~其實忘了~哈
