To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛剛又黎到大快活食LUNCH,昨日食左個健康雞胸套餐,所以今日就唔想咁健康啦。選擇左食呢個咕嚕肉套餐做今日既LUNCH。其實大快活既咕嚕肉之前都食過,呢一間都KEEP到水準啦,咕嚕肉唔會話大大舊炸粉又舊舊骨,肉量都算正常。最好味道都係個汁,唔會太酸,但酸酸甜甜好開胃,配埋D菠蘿真係好開胃,但係呢度D汁既份量就唔係太夠撈飯食啦,唯一我覺得不足就係太多青椒(因為本人唔中意食青椒,哈哈)。所以如果可以自選配菜,變成全部菠蘿就會更加好啦!
