To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天經過看到出了新的馬來餐今次點了仁當香辣雞上髀飯餐配套是仁當汁雞脾肉一件類似Naan的東西配沙爹汁及一個白飯雞脾肉煮得很嫩不柴(不要以為是基本,大快活的咖哩雞煮得超柴)雞皮煎得剛剛好,脆口,叉子叉下多肉汁而仁當汁就沒什麼驚喜跟之前的馬來餐一樣Naan重椰奶或椰油香味有別於印式而Naan配的那個沙爹汁意外出色建議買時跟他要多點如果這個沙爹汁做主打汁這個菜會更出色唯一美中不足應該是它為了展現是雞脾肉留了雞脾的骨頭當吃Naan時要把肉切出來包起來吃時有點不方便,雖然問題不大整體來說無論雞肉還是那個Naan都做得不錯(以大快活來說)尤其那個沙爹汁,不是他們沙爹牛肉麵的沙爹汁有為馬來這個主題調出來,有點魚露或咸蝦味這個汁如果是做主打,這個菜真的很亮眼現在嘛,就是仁當汁一般或者說跟那個沙爹汁一比就覺仁當汁拉低了這道菜的驚喜感而且仁當汁跟沙爹汁那個味都不太配所以把我想它目的是想客人把Naan跟主餐分開吧可是現在反而覺得Naan部份整體比較出色不過配多杯熱奶茶已經是64元,值不值真是見仁見智了~(苦笑)給笑臉跟味道評分的星數有很多都是那個沙爹汁

新年成個粉嶺啲舖頭都唔開,唯有食大快活。咁耐冇食質素好似差左咖央紫菜多士。完全冇咖央醬咁濟 , 無味到一個點…… 紫菜夾麵包 dry到爆碗仔翅正正常常,脆皮腸真係好細條西多士竟然中間係冇花生醬,又薄…..紅豆冰可能落得太多冰 味道好淡真係冇下次

當日已經8點,但仍然有唔少人依家先食晚飯,出餐非常忙碌,兩位店員處理餐點+一位水把,後尾忙到要將樓面負責收拾嘅姐姐都叫埋去幫手攞吓嘢。外賣雜扒餐,由排隊落單到攞外賣需時接近30分鐘…可能肚餓…係等到有啲唔耐煩。而且觀察到好多營運上嚟問題:1️⃣其中一個姐姐要兼顧出餐同落單,搞到佢要兩頭走,排隊嘅其實等耐左2️⃣個姐姐行嚟行去變相仲浪費左時間,又易左整錯,因為會唔記得原本做緊咩3️⃣依家有App落單,變相其實幾條隊,聽no.預計唔到幾時先有,因為唔知幾時到,感覺更加燥底4️⃣雜扒…女仔嚟講份量有剩嘅,但啲薯條同扒嘅賣相實在…算啦$7x勉強接受啦簡單嚟講,唔係整左App就唔使理排隊落單嘅客嘅,一係App嘅promotion就再喺夜晚做好啲,現場所見大部分人都仲係即場落單,所以起碼有>5個人等緊外賣…同埋懷疑連廚房都唔夠人做嘢,先會出得咁慢…

18:15去到大快活 一拖三細終於坐底休息食晚餐 哪左一個火鍋 一個咖哩雞同雜扒餐,點知個3塊扒唔似扒,簿切切乾爭爭。仲有個咖哩雞 薯仔多過雞 仲要薯仔大大舊 雞都一樣係乾爭爭。完全似賣剩。
