華記 其實從來都唔係最出名蛋包飯 而係佢既餐蛋麵、腸蛋麵、雙蛋麵、餐腸麵…十幾蚊就可以食飽 冬天奢侈d貴少少加埋片芝士係面 咁又係滿足既一餐lunch. 作為一間士多 咁樣既menu已經係好夠佢地做 但係想帶多d新意俾d街坊 所以研究左幾款新選擇 當中最有名既就係蛋包飯金黃既滑蛋覆蓋左整個飯 嫩滑多蛋汁 表面再澆上一層日式咖喱汁 甜甜地個隻 唔會辣~ 揭開蛋皮 下面既飯唔係普遍既茄汁炒飯 而係加入左港式風味既豉油雞柳炒飯 粉粉分明 唔會油膩 不過雞柳就略乾身 三樣野加埋一齊放入口 真係世界級 更加世界級係佢既價錢 $35包埋野飲 仲想點?! 另外就係晚市呢個新製品啦 唔好睇個樣好似冇乜特別 一食落去真係有驚喜!個雞翼大大隻 入面真係有可以拉絲既芝士 熱辣辣咁食真係會一咬落去就爆芝 啱唒芝士控!個雞翼外皮都整得好香脆!唯獨係個雞翼本身既調味咸左少少 到個飯啦~佢落左忌廉煮呢個飯 份量啱啱好 夠香 但食完成個飯又唔會覺得膩同滯 個飯仲加左三色椒同雜菌 感覺好清新~ 佢其實只係港式意大利飯 你唔好預佢會好似西餐廳食$8x既意利飯咁 但係真係好食架 而且價錢又唔係貴 推介呀另外一個晚市新製品

華記真係好用心整每一個飯 即叫既整 唔似出面好多都係大鑊飯 整定唒係到 個飯熱辣辣就點都好食d啦
