To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗金豪酒家主打小菜同海鮮,有兩個舖位,店內空間非常大,如果想私隱度高啲可以book房。餐廳內有個大海鮮水缸,啲海鮮都好生猛,好新鮮。🍽️ 避風塘炒蟹蟹好大隻,用避風塘椒鹽炒好香口,連啲蟹鉗都有避風塘味,加埋啲脆蒜,好有口感。蟹肉好實,名副其實嘅啖啖肉。🍽️ 蟶子大大隻又彈牙,加埋粉絲同豉油,絕對要encore🤓🍽️ 椒鹽豆腐必點小菜之一,豆腐炸到金黃色,一磚磚豆腐好軟熟但又唔會炸到散晒,加埋椒鹽調味,鹹鹹地非常出色。🍽️ 芥辣牛柳粒牛柳粒放咗Wasabi,辣辣地好特別,嫩滑嘅牛柳粒但又有一種攻鼻嘅味道。🍽️ 冰火辣魷魚呢個前菜幾特別,魷魚彈牙得來辣辣地,幾開胃。🍽️ 啫啫通菜煲侍應會喺我哋面前落鑊,夠晒鑊氣,通菜好新鮮,個汁有啲腐乳味,超級好食。食完煎炸嘢食返個通菜煲中和下,好似健康啲😂金豪酒家 📍深水埗青山道17號地舖

蟹好大隻,用避風塘椒鹽炒好香口,連啲蟹鉗都有避風塘味,加埋啲脆蒜,好有口感。蟹肉好實,名副其實嘅啖啖肉。
