To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和老公二人在樂富商場閑逛,剛又是下午茶時段,隨意找了間茶記「木兆小品」,看格局又是快餐式出品吧。我們點了公司三文治配鴛鴦紅豆冰和港式炸醬撈米粉配熱檸水,快餐式出品就是快、快、快,食物味道就是不能太難食。老公認為鴛鴦紅豆冰是新攪作來,看得出經營者推陳出新的想法,不過還是原來的椰汁紅豆冰來得簡單和對胃口。公司三文治大大份,先滿足視角的胃口,味道也是預期的。炸醬撈米粉,味道做得過酸,也蓋過了所有的味道,填飽肚子倒是可以的。「木兆小品」主要客源都是附近街坊,套餐都是以經濟、份量、配搭選擇為主導吧,如果能夠提昇食物味道和層次益下街坊就更好了。
