To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時去茶樓飲茶，點心黎黎去去都係果啲款，食到有啲悶🙊今日就黎呢間新派點心店試試佢嘅創意菜式～1. 一龍大滿足（$70/會員$62）呢間嘅點心實在太多款啦，人少好難試到咁多款，所以就嗌咗呢個～一籠有六件唔同款式嘅點心，款款都係店家招牌🙈酸菜魚鳳眼餃最有驚喜，估唔到酸菜魚都可以同點心結合，餡料真係好重酸菜魚味，又出乎意料地match！2. 羊肚菌牛肉球（$46/會員$40）大大塊羊肚菌鋪喺牛肉球上面，增加咗牛肉球嘅鮮甜，牛肉球肥瘦均勻，入口唔會太油膩，幾彈牙👍🏻3. 黃椒醬排骨（$40/會員$35）利申本人本身係完全唔食三色椒嘅，但排骨上面嘅黃椒完全冇平時三色椒陣味！有種食緊南瓜蓉嘅錯覺😂排骨醃製得好入味，肉多骨少，份量都唔少😆4. 脆脆富貴紅米腸粉（$52/會員$46）呢款係店家強烈推薦，果然不失所望😎腸粉外軟內脆，口感非常豐富，其比例亦恰到好處👍🏻本身仲驚炸嘢會好油膩，但全部食材結合埋一齊又中和咗油膩感😀點醬汁食更加惹味～5. 芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷（$42/會員$37）估唔到芝士都可以加落點心😂估唔到又幾夾不過略嫌腐皮油咗少少🤌🏻再加埋芝士就有啲漏啦🙈6. 章魚肉餅飯（$58/會員$51）平
