To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和朋友來到觀塘海濱公園散步,欣賞一下啟德郵輪碼頭的美景,夜晚便在附近順便食晚餐。見到原來這裏有一間新開的金記冰室,我便入來食個港式晚餐。今晚客人頗多都要,等了10多分鐘才入座。韭黃叉燒炒滑蛋韭黃和叉燒的份量較多,入口嫩滑,滑蛋炒得滑溜可口,蛋味香濃,鹹度適中,炒蛋剛好熟,還有蛋汁緩緩流出。䜴椒排骨一端上檯二就香味散發,豆䜴味道香濃,炒得入味,排骨香甜嫩滑,肥瘦適中,配有青椒紅椒蒜蓉等一起炒,味道豐富。金銀蛋浸白菜仔白菜仔新鮮爽脆,湯底清甜,可以中和一下油膩感,有鹹蛋和皮蛋的味道調味,令白菜仔富有鮮味。金記西多配雪糕西多為細粒,可以一口一粒地食,炸得香甜惹味,口感軟稔,不用配糖漿都夠味,雪糕是雲呢拿味道,奶滑香甜。絲襪蛋白杏仁茶杏仁茶是必點自選,熱騰騰,蛋白多而軟滑,入口即溶,杏仁味濃郁,香味散發。
