To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個愉快的家庭聚會午飯,跟老人家及叔叔三人同行食泰國菜,更可妨今日係叔叔破費午餐大約是四十餘元起...但全不包飲品越式生牛河$48....上枱時生熟度剛好,入口不會太老、只可惜湯底不是太濃,略欠失色鹵水鴨河$48....鸭肉雖薄,但十分鞋口、湯底一様不濃反而加$小食蟹子扎肉米紙卷$28.就爭回些少分數,蟹子混和扎肉包在米紙裏,沾上酸甜槳,特別醒胃至於鮮芒果汁$28.及夕陽醉了$38.我更覺喜歡、鄰坐水吧旁,看其手作即做新鲜生果,入口甜度又剛好椰靑,叔叔至愛、內胆果肉也給他消化了一半甜品,反映了餐廳之不小心、為何不是當地椰汁糕點,而是交來之士多啤梨蛋糕
