To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳擺設比較簡潔,樓底高,讓人感到舒服。三餸車仔麵~墨魚蝦卷、牛筋和豬腸~牛筋、魷魚和豬手呢度嘅車仔麵湯頭,入口甘甘地,帶甜味。白雪雪嘅墨魚蝦卷口感非常彈,有鮮味。牛筋經燉煮後質地柔軟,充滿膠原感。豬腸質地較薄,吃起來軟嫩有彈性。豬手質地柔軟,吃起來有濃濃肉香味。其中一碗,我揀咗菜底,今天嘅菜底係菜心,個人覺得有啲大條,如果係菜心苗就更好了。另一半嗰碗就配公仔麵🍜加底嘅份量比較大,看起來非常豐盛。另外食車仔麵,$18就可以加配一款小食~甜酸齋橙紅色 賣相十分誘人,味道甜中帶酸,口感清爽,凍冰冰。~韭菜豬紅賣相也很不錯,豬紅口感紮實,份量都幾豐富。唔錯!
