今日行過奧運既街巷住揾下有咩新餐廳,原來附近開左個新樓盤叫利奧坊,樓下仲開左好多全落地玻璃既新餐廳.透過玻璃望入去見到一間港式餐廳裏面既牆充滿住好有香港特色既噴畫,見到咁靚當然要支持返本土餐廳.入到去再問店員,原來噴畫既來頭都唔少架,係由俄羅斯畫家親自畫.黃金鮮魷,一上枱就聞到好濃既鹹蛋黃味,外皮薄薄一層炸漿輕輕包住爽彈鮮嫩既鮮魷.炸漿掛起沙沙鹹蛋黃醬,入口內帶鹹醬黃粒,味道香而不膩.醬爆茄子,角切茄子軟綿香滑,加上肉醬爆炒夠晒獲氣.茄子吸晒肉醬既香味好惹味.是咁的三色蒸蛋同時間食晒3款蒸蛋口味,平時既三色蒸蛋係一碟上但呢到係真正將一碟分成三份.蒸蛋既蛋香味重唔會水汪汪咁,入唔夠滑,加左豆腐蝦仁最滑溜送飯超正.
