潮牛腩 • 灣仔前幾日同朋友去左呢間主打港式牛腩粉麵的餐廳都食野,聽聞湯底係用上鮮牛肉牛骨熬上十多小時,而且網上意見比較正面,所以黎試一試。餐廳老闆娘服務幾好,有禮貌,加分😆..✅ 崩沙腩河粉 🐮 $88崩沙腩係牛嘅橫隔膜連住肉附近的位置,肉質係非常稔滑,肉味香濃,入口滑嫩,而且帶少少筋位,非常好食。個人比較推薦,因為朋友仔平時比較少食,一般坊間牛腩都唔係用呢個部位,比較少見😙.✅ 蘿蔔炆牛腩撈粗 🐮 $72牛腩炆得好入味,煮至偏向軟爛,醬汁食非常濃嘅八角桂皮香料味,真係非常濃。蘿蔔亦都煮左我相信一段時間,醬汁全部滲入了蘿蔔,配上撈粗夾之餘亦好食😙.✅ 豉油皇雞翼尖 🐔 $18每隻都好入味,而且份量好多,性價比小食嘅一個好選擇。

牛腩炆得好入味,煮至偏向軟爛,醬汁食非常濃嘅八角桂皮香料味,真係非常濃。蘿蔔亦都煮左我相信一段時間,醬汁全部滲入了蘿蔔,配上撈粗夾之餘亦好食😙
