中午肚子打鼓,行經k11商場地庫嘅時候,見到開咗間新餐廳叫祥仔,個名好特別。揭開門口餐牌看看,原來是名廚Ricky Cheung主理。將港式經典重新呈現,菜式雖然傳統,煮法、用料卻不一樣,新鮮感爆燈。而且環境超清新,有種綠油油的感覺。我喜歡吃魚,就食鮮粟米真石斑飯,擺盤精美,將傳統美食,用高級的新面貌呈現。味道豐富,忌廉香濃帶點芝士香,粟米食得出新鮮香甜,用上真正石斑塊。跟餐加配檸蜜,沙律,兩日兩夜羅宋湯,同最後嘅甜品吉士醬雜果。 顧名思義兩日兩夜羅宋湯真係煲咗兩日兩夜,入曬味呀,而且微酸中帶香料味道,層次感更豐富。我也很喜歡最後的甜品吉士醬雜果,好有誠意,全部係用新鮮水果,非常香甜又健康!
