某天與朋友來上成長課前先來東大街覓食醫醫肚,向他們推介這間粉麵店,故一起來試試。片頭米 ($34)有多塊魚片,本身想點魚蛋的,但店員表示因休魚期故沒有魚蛋,可見確實是真材實料的魚蛋! 魚片頭同樣厚身之餘,口感相當爽彈,不錯!牛腩片頭米 ($40),份量不少呢! 雖然是雙併,但牛腩份量比我們想像中多! 牛肉味道濃,十分軟腍,牛筋又爽彈有咬口;重點是腩汁很香濃,但又不會太鹹,絕對是整碗的靈魂!雲吞麵 ($34)好像有4/5粒雲吞,雲吞不算大粒,內裡是蝦肉和豬肉,蝦肉爽彈,雲吞皮也算薄,麵則不是我偏愛的味道。鮮油奶多 ($15) 一份,是這裡的名物! 我們點了兩份,確實是有點貴。麵包多士有厚度,烘得香脆! 麵包之間是邪惡十足的鮮牛油與煉奶,帶點冰凍的鮮牛油和甜美的煉奶,與熱烘烘脆身的多士配合得天衣無鏠!相當滋味! 推介呢!某天再來這裡,友人想一試這裡的切腩撈粗 ($44),也陪他來到一試! 坑腩色澤深邃,味道濃郁,口感帶有嚼頭,但絕不柴口! 麵條亦有咬口又入味! 但如果愛吃牛腩的軟腍口感,這碗就未必是你杯茶了!整體來說這間的食物質素確是不錯,難怪不時爆場呢!
