To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日去堅尼地城逛，試試這間星期日也開的熟食街市茶檔。環境屬典型街市熟食檔格局，算衛生。服務一般，因客多伙記少，伹相當佩服他們的記性。不知是否家庭式經營，吃飯時間客又多，肚餓和講效率者不宜光顧。奶茶和咖啡不錯。豬扒湯麵大大碗，豬扒香口有咬口。油占多士可選擇提子麵包，好特別亦好好味。紅腸蛋麵不過不失。炸厚雞扒蛋三文治相當重量級，很特別的配搭，香脆又熱烘烘。至於沙爹雞絲公仔麵，湯頭香濃似沙爹羹，味道亦很濃郁，不是我杯茶。不過，我也情有獨鍾港式茶餐廳文化，亦難得星期日開門做生意，喜歡啊！
