To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗FD子去長洲hea下,行到晏晝三點幾又熱又攰就求其搵咗間茶餐廳食下嘢涼冷氣。以下午茶餐嚟講價錢算係偏貴。牛肉沙爹味濃有牛味,湯底本身無乜味但溝埋沙爹汁味道啱啱好。通粉彈牙有口感唔錯。叉燒有甜味唔係啲染色叉燒幾好食。湯底清清淡淡無乜味,加咗三色豆同椰菜令平凡中帶一點色彩。炒蛋幾滑嫩,火腿就普普通通。方包一塊開二,中間塗一層薄薄的牛油,食完一定唔會覺得’漏’。茶底濃郁甘醇,意外地好飲。食物水準唔錯冷氣又夠涼,幾啱行到攰嘅遊客入嚟休息下。
