To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常嚟呢度食下午茶，分別試過厚切豬扒勁香蔥油飯同麻酸辣雞扒米線，仲有瑞士雞翼撈即食麵厚切豬扒勁香蔥油飯 ($53)超級無敵多蔥，每一啖都食到蔥香，十分過癮😋豬扒厚切啖啖肉，唔多筋，又唔肥👍🏻麻酸辣雞扒米線 ($47)湯底夠麻辣，仲夠晒酸，雞扒外皮煎得脆卜卜，雞肉都算嫩。配料有芫荽、脆米，口感豐富。最特別係有兩條響鈴，浸一浸湯再食。好香口。瑞士雞翼撈即食麵配蒜香多士、牛乳炒滑蛋 ($48)我食得最多係呢個下午茶，每樣都做得幾好食，尤其是個瑞士雞翼，煮到好稔身，好易咬開，醬汁微甜，雞翼嫩口。算係比較受歡迎嘅茶餐，有時想食都已買晒。
