呢間由 May Chow 開嘅 Happy Paradise 相信大家都唔會陌生,主打現代港式fusion菜,玩味十足。Sourdough Egg Waffle 以sourdough 代替傳統雞蛋仔蛋漿,配上烏魚子醬,係一道香口嘅餐前小食。Raw Scallop Aguachile 鮮甜嘅帶子刺身配上四川青花椒汁,鮮酸辣味十分開胃。Seared Skirt Steak Noodles 係變奏版嘅乾炒牛河,加入鹹檸檬令到味道更有層次,不過個人都係鍾意傳統乾炒牛河嘅鑊氣多啲。Tiger Prawn Noodles 用上煮意粉去整粗麵,加入咗大蝦油同蝦子,非常鮮,不過二百幾蚊一碟撈粗就有啲overpriced啦。總括嚟講,野食有玩味得嚟,味道真心唔錯,不過份量有啲太少,同定價真係太進取啦!Happy Paradise has been a very popular Cantonese fusion restaurant in Central for years - imbuing iconic Hong Kong classic dishes with some interesting
Happy Paradise has been a very popular Cantonese fusion restaurant in Central for years - imbuing iconic Hong Kong classic dishes with some interesting twists. Sourdough Egg Waffle with bottarga whip was a nice hors d'oeuvres. The Raw Scallop "Aguchile" was very refreshing with a hint of sourness and heat from the green szechuan peppercorn dressing. The Seared Skirt Steak Noodles took on the classic beef chow fun (but lack of wok hei unfortunately). Overall, the food was yummy but the portion could be more generous... And it was a bit overpriced!
