Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黃色經濟圈 never dies！Hong Konger 不能放棄，亦不會放棄！我們要盡力維護 "黃色經濟圈" , 雖然未必條條街都有 "黃店" 但盡力吧，問心無愧！位於 佐敦白加士街 的「澳門咖喱王新鮮腩」 就是一間已賣靚牛腩 & 澳門咖哩 , 響曬朵的黃店，曾經幫襯過都發覺不錯，當日又再去幫襯 ~澳門咖哩薯仔招牌牛腩飯： 咖哩好不好？上枱就知道！上到枱嗅到咖哩香，應該就冇錯 .... 吃個一啖之後，覺得難以定斷是什麼派系的咖哩，我就個人而言就定它為「港澳式咖哩」，咖哩薯仔煮得入味，牛腩也煮得軟綿入味，一食就食得出是一起煮的，而不是分開煮，這就正確； 味道上也不錯，香料上的調配也不錯；只是略嫌，炒香料的時候未夠準繩，火喉也未能完全精確，因此炒得未夠均勻 .... 但整體上味道不錯 ~本篇完 ~
