其實椰子雞早在7年前"潤園四季"已在國內深圳盛行,時至今日都依然好多人排隊去食,本小姐亦都食過好多次,而且仲多佐好多XX四季既店,香港呢家文昌四季,裝修格調同邊爐既煲都大致相同,但多元化好多有串燒,貴價海解拼盤.今次就來比對下同深圳既有咩唔同.今次試食既就係尖沙咀店,去到門口已經有人等位,由於我地係臨時即興去食來唔切BOOK位,好在時運高有人BOOK佐台而取消,我地就頂上.店內裝修感覺好文青Feel.菠蘿梳打 $32 賣相夠靚,幾好飲椰青 $38 ,香港既椰青多數泰國貨,國內用既係海南貨,所以香港既一定好飲好多.原味椰子雞一只 $238 .雞大只好整齊甘睇到係一只,上面仲搭佐幾舊椰肉,椰青湯底好清甜,相對國內既雞不足一只,有時仲只得一只雞翼,湯底都係溝佐水既.至於雞可能太大只了,有點肥而且肉質不太爽口.好在有雞味.普寧炸豆腐 $38.本小姐好中意食呢個小吃,可惜佢做得太干,好似炸豆干甘.無外脆內滑既口感.手打蝦丸 $68 無咩特別,唔難食炸響鈴 $25 完全唔鬆化,真心講,佢既炸野的確做得唔好南安油鴨油臘腸煲仔飯 $88 (細煲)好足料,雖然係細煲份量足夠3-4人食有多.唔會有肥淋淋既

好足料,雖然係細煲份量足夠3-4人食有多.唔會有肥淋淋既感覺,油鴨唔係死咸夠香,最好食就係呢個飯.天氣凍食呢個無得頂

整體來講呢間文昌四季係唔錯既,用料方面算好,起碼個湯底係無溝水既,如果嫌上深圳遠或者怕食到假野,呢間都係不二之選.
