To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一坐低店員已經遞上消毒用品比食客用（當時正苦未頒佈強制限聚令），好貼心嘅服務！呢度嘅出品屬於港式嘅日本野，份量好足。⤫ 麵豉湯⤫ 前菜湯同前菜一點完餐就上，好快手！⤫ 原條蒲燒鰻魚定食鰻魚稍顯皮位膠質有的重唔係咁容易分開，要自己咬開再食一啖飯，平時食飯中意用匙羹今次就無得懶啦，非常需要筷子嘅幫忙。味道都唔錯，中規中矩。⤫ 鐵板蒜香一口牛定食一口牛有驚喜，蒜味好夠，有啲似台灣夜市鐵板牛嘅感覺，再配埋蛋汁撈飯，推薦大家試吓呢個。⤫ 吉列鱈魚⤫ 脆軟骨菜肉棒餃子呢度啲小食都做得唔錯，脆得黎唔會太油，仲好抵食添。
