這餐廳一入去給我的感覺,是充滿著西班牙和墨西哥風情的,特別是調酒以及提供的Tortilla及Quesadilla,不是在常見的Bistro找到類似的菜式,除了這些意外,主理人也會將香港的食材用入去他們組的西餐之中 ,最經典的當然是加上本地腐乳和臘腸的Carbonara,偏向正宗的做法是不加任何忌廉,用臘腸取代平時吃開的肥肉,相比起來油香少了一點但酒香又多了一點添加的腐乳,除了提供獨特的西香和鹹味,意粉在這更濃厚的醬汁更易掛起來,更為惹味。炸雞用上鹹蛋黃醬,少了平時蛋黃醬的甜味,多了一些鹹香,炸雞處理得很不錯,肉質保持嫩滑之餘,外皮乾脆又不柴,用來送酒相當不錯。芝麻蛋捲的芝麻味相當香濃,有着芝麻糊的濃郁,如果內裏的忌廉層的芝麻味比蛋糕的更強,就會有着更好的層次,但本身以為是很西式bistro的菜式風格,這裏有有給我多一點新意。The restaurant immediately immerses you in Spanish-Mexican flair through its cocktails and unique dishes like tortilla and quesadilla
