To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同大家分享一間湖南粉面店：湖南米粉！最近係某平台好Hit嘅湖南米粉！晏就特登去銅鑼灣試一試我地今次嗌左剁椒肉炒肉粉、紅燒牛肉粉、臭豆腐❀ 剁椒肉炒肉粉見個名以為係炒粉，點知上菜後係湯粉黎！不過唔緊要啦主要試佢個剁椒炒肉！因為湖南剁椒炒肉好出名！但我覺得個肉太鹹啦，雖然好香！淡少少就好啦～粉其實就係比較硬身嗰河粉，都幾好食！❀ 紅燒牛肉粉呢一款比較適合香港嗰口味，牛肉係牛腩嗰口感，因為呢款個湯無咁鹹，而佢都有剁椒提供，所以可以根據個人口味加，就唔會太鹹！❀臭豆腐長沙臭豆腐同香港最大分別就係顏色上面，長沙臭豆腐係黑色嘅，係豆腐中間加上辣菜脯同湯汁！外脆內嫩 好食！

見個名以為係炒粉，點知上菜後係湯粉黎！不過唔緊要啦主要試佢個剁椒炒肉！因為湖南剁椒炒肉好出名！但我覺得個肉太鹹啦，雖然好香！淡少少就好啦～粉其實就係比較硬身嗰河粉，都幾好食！
