白丸(鹽豚骨拉麵)蝦丸(蝦豚骨拉麵)餃子(關西風味)呢道主要喺個湯底做得比出面好,而2款湯底都好好飲,好黏好膠,會想飲完再飲。不過如果腸胃唔好,飲唔到太油嘅湯,就記得揀小油。我個人比較鍾意白丸(鹽豚骨),因為湯濃,但唔會死咸。最後留返小小湯,加埋個鏗魚汁就再有一翻味道。
