呢間拉麵之前其實都幫襯過好幾次(佢改咗名,不過相信同以前係同一間,因為餐牌上的菜色,同埋啲拉麵都無唔同)。今次叫咗碗白神山叉燒拉麵、明太子玉子丼同雙色牛舌。首先碗拉麵個湯唔錯,之前食過黑神山(即係以前嘅黑武骨),覺得太濃太有啲油,所以今次就叫白神山。啲湯係唔錯,兩塊叉燒又唔太厚(本人唔鍾意食太厚,嫌韌),所以鍾意食啲薄薄地嘅叉燒。而佢隻蛋幾香,同埋都係流心,碗麵可以有7分。跟住到個明太子玉子丼,明太子比較少,同埋啲蛋個人覺得熟得濟,唔夠滑。而個雙色牛舌我就覺得有好有唔好。佢係分兩種煮法,一邊係茄汁煮,另一邊應該係清酒煮同埋係凍食。先講茄汁嗰邊,本人對茄汁一向麻麻(呢個唔關餐廳事),唔算太酸,不過塊牛舌就韌得濟,唔係太咬得開;而另一邊係清酒煮,一聞落去已經覺得幾香,而且煮得幾淋,咬落口有少少酒味,同埋佢係凍食,相信如果用檢來餸酒應該唔錯,另半味餸值得一讚。整
