To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔大家都唔陌生,其實我個人比較喜歡食三哥譚仔多一點。但係譚仔嘅小食就比三哥譚仔更多,所以偶爾都會想食譚仔。今日叫咗酸菜、芽菜、腐皮,湯底就揀清湯,因為叫咗一個小食係辣豬肚絲,費事個湯底都咁辣,頂唔順。個湯唔夠熱, 冇出煙, 係比較暖熱。我覺得佢嘅酸菜太甜啦,如果甜到可以減返啲,嗰個酸味重返少少,就會比較好食啲,而家好似食緊一舊好甜嘅甜品之類等等。咁芽菜同腐皮都冇乜特別啦,都係烚出嚟。佢個份量都正常嘅。嗰個香辣豬肚絲,我係幾鍾意食,佢將個豬肚切到好細條,口感好好,入口到好容易,辣到亦都適中,唔會太勒,嗰種辣比較香!不過呢間既人手真係好唔夠, 見到得一個員工做收錢, 落單等等, 根本就唔夠人手。其實都仲見到第2個, 但佢出左黎一陣就唔見左。

個湯唔夠熱, 冇出煙, 係比較暖熱。
我覺得佢嘅酸菜太甜啦,如果甜到可以減返啲,嗰個酸味重返少少,就會比較好食啲,而家好似食緊一舊好甜嘅甜品之類等等。咁芽菜同腐皮都冇乜特別啦,都係烚出嚟。佢個份量都正常嘅。
