One of my favourite hot pot joints in Hong Kong! 湯底依然夠辣帶麻,帶點牛油香。牛頸脊油脂分佈平均,每次都是必點。這次試了極尚牛肉拼盤盛(小),盛惠$398,質素卻有點令人失望,以後還是只叫牛頸脊。另外的食材,如招牌劉毛肚、爽脆黃喉等都有保持一貫水準,每次都必點。響鈴、魚皮不像現炸,卻也品質合理。疫情期間每個人都要先量度體溫,配料也都是蓋上的。大家記緊要保護自己,一定要用公筷喔。
