今日同老婆喺太子花墟行年宵,行完之後到處搵食,最後嚟咗呢間蚊蚊豬老火鍋店。呢度有兩層,地方舒適。最特別之處,係枱面擺放左每人一條圍裙同埋每人一瓶麻油。麻油啲店員話係麻辣鍋正宗嘅食法,可取代豉油。圍裙可以令到客人安心進食不用怕衣物整污糟,非常細心。湯底我哋叫咗個雙拼既,重慶活雞煲+招牌牛油紅湯鍋。雞煲食落雞肉嫩滑入味,不出幾分鐘我同老婆就食晒了牛油湯鍋牛油幾得意,整到成條魚咁一下子落去湯鍋到,望住佢慢慢溶晒,都幾過癮。食落既麻又夠辣,再配埋呢度每人一樽嘅麻油簡直天衣無縫。鮮蝦雲吞:大大隻蝦肉,蝦肉食落爽口彈牙,很正鴨血:平時食豬紅就食得多,鴨血就真係小食,估唔到原來鴨血個口感同味道都比豬紅好,好食到我哋叫左多一碟黎食。手切牛頸脊: 肥瘦均勻,肉質鮮嫩豬大腸:洗得好乾淨,食落爽口,不過老婆唔食內臟,搞到我一個人清晒總結,呢度嘅環境舒適,服務一流,湯底出色,嘢食新鮮,係一間值得一去再去嘅火鍋店。
